Our Truffle Workshops are ideal for older teens and adults who are keen to learn the art of making chocolate truffles. Join us for a fun morning or afternoon at one of our open workshops, where you can come on your own or with a friend. Or if you'd prefer, why not book a private workshop/party... perfect for hen parties, team builds or just an enjoyable evening out! These workshops are 2-2.5 hours long & places are limited to 10 participants. Booking is essential.
- Truffles - Learn how to make truffles from scratch, as well as how to use truffle shells. Make and flavour your own ganache (alcohol is optional), fill your truffles, hand roll (yes it gets messy) and decorate your truffles with various toppings and/or patterns. You'll take home around 25/30 truffles
Then bag or box your truffles and either keep for yourself or give to someone else as a gift !
